Will you buy Mass Effect Andromeda?

I'll probably pre-order on Origin, unless there's some seriously nice swag attached to the collector's edition. Of course, this means i'll likely won't be able to download the game for several days but this is okay, i can sleep between days.

I'm going to buy it so fast. I'm already buying it in my mind.

I will end up preordering the collector edition as soon as it becomes available, it's like an addiction at this point I just can't help myself. However I will be choosing the cheapest shipping option available, got to save money somehow.

Yep. Ironically it's similar to Andromeda in having being announced a long time before any real info were shown.

Why, if I can ask?

So I can bask in the light of their infinite wisdom in the hopes that someday, I might transcend this state of filthy primitivity to become something more.

But seriously, if our cycle can journey to Andromeda, the protheans definitely could. With their numerous semi-successful plans to survive the Reaper War, there's nothing that would have stopped them from sending a couple of Ark ships to Andromeda. And knowing that they had the knowledge and capacity to build Mass Relays, that could justify the existence of a small Mass Relay network in Andromeda, thereby preserving the primary icon of the series for future games (assuming they never return to the Milky Way, which they damn well should).

Basically, there are only advantages to them including protheans in ME:A. Something's gotta counter all that incoming primitivity from the Milky Way.

Is it better to download or buy a physical copy?

To play a digital copy is probably faster unless your download speed is really bad or you live close to the store.

I learnt that the hard way buying games after riveting reviews from magazines, online sources ect.

In the end I did away with all costly magazines and buy games from compagnies that score high on me finishing their games. Quess what they are a pool of the same developpers. I do try out unknowns when they are available on super budget. My steam account is chockfull of games played for 1 hour payed full price.

Bioware games score very high in completion, 100% in fact not counting all replays. For me Bioware produces games I like to drown myself in to satisfy my need for endorfines. So yes, day one insta buy preferably special editions to.

I'm still feeling burned by ME3's endings (if can be called that.). So I'm sure I will not preorder or buy at day one.
As it is now, I'll probably buy once discounted, and just because I can't pass the chance of playng a female protagonist, and the nostalgia will have me play the game at some point, even if only to see whit my own eyes how the serie have continued.
Quite frankly, I don't know enought about the game, and what I know doesn't give me any good wibe. (not a fan of leaving behind the milky way, nor the chance to leave some races behind. I want all the original Mass Effect lore. Plus, the incipit about being again a soldiar from the beginning is not my cup of tea, nor is the "conquest" thing.)

Maybe I'll change my mind when something substantial will be released. As it is now the situation, I have really no idea I can like this game.
