I'm in the "wait but probably purchase at full price" camp.
I love Mass Effect. I really want this game to be great, and I'm reasonably confident that it will be very good. I need to learn a bit about its content before I buy it. I hope I can do most of my scouting before release, but some will likely have to be afterward. As long as I don't find any reasons not to buy, I'll be all over this very shortly after release.
