I have just been looking at all the leakes and I was kind of dissapointed by how I wasn't even the slightest bit surprised. They all seem like a given to me, and the ones that could be different from what we have seen before are not options at all. This is not meant to be salty, just wondering if I am the only one with these thoughts. There is more in the spoiler section. Didn't want to ruin this for anyone  Cora: Scott Liam: Sara Peebee: Sara and Scott Jaal: Sara and Scott Vetra: Sara and Scott Suvi: Sara Gill: Scott Then there are the flings, but I am not counting them this time. I am surprised (and a little dissapointed) that straight women (along with gay men) seem to be the ones who get the fewest options. But perhaps I am spoiled by Inqusition, where straight females had the most options. I find Liam cute and Jaal is interresting, but none of them strike me as a genius/smart type of guy, which are the ones I really adore. Liam feels a little like Alistair, which is great, just not what I really wanted this time around. I just feel like they might have gotten into picking "certain types" for the romances instead diverging them a bit more. Is it just me that feels that way? But I guess there is always the possibility that they will pull and Garrus and Tali, and just give me Kallo for example in the next game  |

We hardly know anything about our romance options, this may not even be the extent of them. Despite being given few romance options as a straight female, they usually don’t disappoint, unless you’re too picky. So I'm not going to dismiss anyone this early on.
I just think they’re going to require time to get comfortable with, since I had gotten used to the characters in the last 3 games. It’ll be weird not being able to romance my go-to guy, Garrus.
I hope they fix up the flirting cut scenes, though. During the video I was watching of it, the characters’ eyes were all over the place, you’d think they all had nystagmus.
I totally see where you’re coming from, even if I don't agree. Can’t wait for the game to finally release on the 21st though, hehee.

The only straight women in Inquisition that got most options were of Human or Elven descent. I started as a Qunari woman (because NO WAY I was going to play anything but) and after 12 hours of (mostly) Hinterlands found out that two out of two males I wanted to romance were not available for a female (and, there was a third one that also limited himself to girls between 5 and 5.8 feet tall). I think I am happier with my options in Andromeda, as the coolest LIs are all available to me, no matter which gender I would play. And one specific LI from them imo has a potential to be one of the coolest in all BioWARE games. I cannot lie. I am looking forward to see how he Jaal does against my current hit list of the best video-game romances EVAR: 1. Thane 2. Anders/Bao-Dur, and 3. Dorian |

I'm pretty sure there is another option based on the datamining for the gay guys and straight women. We just don't know who it is since they used a code name for it. DAI was pretty uneven toward straight women just as ME3 was uneven toward straight men. I have a feeling that they try to provide 3/3/3 this time around and everyone would have at least 3 options. Reyes is confirmed to be a fling, but you could flirt around with him but he'll break up with you later on.

From a meta perspective, I'm rolling my eyes at the fact that the two human squadmates are both heterosexual and the gay and lesbian LIs are stuck on the ship. Again.
From a selfish perspective, I'm pretty thrilled at all the bi aliens because I wanted f/f Vetra, f/f Peebee, and m/m Jaal.
So... ya know.

Frankly, I'd be surprised if someone wasn't complaining about not getting what they want. This is the first time we might even be able to have polyamorous relationships. I might like that.
