My main ones are going to be gameplay, main story, and side quests.
Specifically side quests since they've said they're pushing explorations and larger open zones like was in Inquisition. Since my biggest criticism of DA:I is that the zones, while beautifully crafted, were filled with what I found to be mostly boring content not worth doing.
So if they're going for the same type of zones again, I'm looking to see if this time around they get some more interesting things to do in said zones.

Combat, Multiplayer and Main plot line. Characters would get an honorable mention if I was allowed to pick a 4th.
With main plot line, the pacing is also extremely important. It is hard to make a story immersive if you are on an urgent task to save the colony/planet/galaxy but encouraged to go off mindless exploring. Its important that the story and gameplay is a suitable match. In fact I feel the need to have a purpose for any exploration, I don't like games that encourage exploration for the sake of it.

For me I'd say the story plotline, the characters you'll meet and the multiplayer component. If I had a fourth choice it would go to customization, being able to greatly customise your characters skills and appearance would be ideal...

Main story, characters and combat. And I'm really looking forward to exploration... and a good character creator is important.

Story and characters are no-brainer. Third choice was combat, but it's tied with variety of interesting skills and their progression, which kinda falls under Customization and Variety.

Characters and story are the main selling points for me. Exploration used to be a big draw but I'm a bit soured on that experience after the empty maps of DAI.
One thing that isn't mentioned that puts Bioware above the rest for me is their inclusiveness. They are one of the few companies that treat me well as a female gamer. With so few other options on the market, that fact alone is a big selling point for any of their games.

3 answers are not enough for me: plotline, characters and re-playability, plus well-developed sidequests and exploration (ideally, the last two combined): I would like the open world of the game to surprise me.

multiplayer, story, sidequests (the latter because I truly hope they aren't as boring as in DA:I - otherwise Characters would have gotten my 3rd vote))

My favorite selling points?
1)Main plot - It has to be good because without it everything else will feel irrelevant 2)Characters - A great journey is only great as long as you like the company you're in. If I don't like my squadmembers then most likely I won't replay the game 3)Exploration - Yes I want good, immersive exploration that make me feel part of a greater galaxy. I want the illusion of being free and explore different planets and take my time admiring the view and landscape.
4)Side quest- Although not critical, quality sidequests are what divide good games from great games

If the reason for the how/why/when/who for going to Andromeda is lame, I'll most likely just play the game to get the platinum trophy and not do multiple playthroughs like I did for the trilogy

Everything, although I selected Story, Characters, and Combat since those cover everything really.
BioWare games are by no means flawless but they are almost always exactly what I look for in an RPG.

Storyline, romances and multiplayer for me. Although combat is maybe more important than most of the points, I already know that is will at least be playable and that would be enough for me if the characters and storyline are top notch like always.

I am so very surprised that the two Quality issue questions are rating so low - 10th at this point.
Since Story and Characters already rate so highly, and I assume BW will deliver in these anyway, I decided to focus on the other areas for my choices. I chose the two Quality questions just to give them a bump upwards.
Notice that the Lore Consistency and Continuity scale has not received any votes so far. Wow. I guess the ME-3 ending wasn't as big an issue after all! Lol. Or do some of you think you can assume BW won't do that again? I don't think so either.

As always with bioware games:
great characters a good main plot doesn't hurt
But after enjoying ME3MP just as much (more perhaps) as the single player of the game the main selling point for me is the multiplayer aspect of ME:A.

Story, story, story. Good main quest and characters are absolute musts for me in a BioWare game. I also went with side quests because I think BioWare has been lacking there in recent games and those used to be some of their strongest points. My biggest fear for this game is too much exploration and MMO style side quests.

It´s all about the story for me. I voted main plotline, characters and replayability but the sidequests and the romances are also important for me.

The main thing for me would have to be the characters, that has been my biggest draw for every game I’ve played and I’m eager to meet the new squad in Andromeda. Main story and side quests come in after that.

Combat (gotta have that VANGUARD), customization (gotta be able to make a cool looking character who I get to design and figure out), and characters (gotta have space best friends). I mean, it's Bioware. Those are the big three reasons I love them. I'd make a snarky comment about main plotline and its usual mild incoherence, but... At least the incoherence is usually only mild and seldom jerks me out of the world. Unless you're on an artificial timer with everyone telling you TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, THE DARK SPAWN ARE BURNING EVERYTHING, SAREN'S GUNNA FIND THE THING and you just faff about because ooo, sidequests.

Can't say now. BioWare's games were mix of those for me in the past. Some got me with story/characters, some grabbed my attention with gameplay... So I can't say which one is selling point for me when it comes to MEA, since it was different for me with each game (and since we know so little about it). Still, I'm looking forward to see what's it gonna be.
