Has anyone figured out how to unlock this power yet? SPOILER! (Story, at least I think it's a story spoiler!) I think we learn how to unlock this in Peebee's loyalty mission (!), well before that (Peebee is talking about repeating something we have already done) - we learn about a Remnant Observer Peebee stripped the programming from, so I think that's where we get our Remnant VI  (so we might get that when we meet Peebs!)...I don't know that for certain!
