I think there might be a bug. There is an invisible wall and I don't know where to go. I got all three components and the current task is switching a generator off to lower the shields.

Yeah it's a bug, I was having the same issue. Go back two autosaves and load that;that's what fixed it for me.

there are five generators, not three. this took me so long to figure out lol. one is on top of the building (you can jump up there) and the last is behind it. good luck!

^ +1 over 40 minutes of my time went into searching the sites along the road between obelisks two and three for those extra generators till I saw a tip that you jump on the roof. One is on the roof, one is on the other side of the building one you jump down. Five, not three. Tricky BioWare! Don't you miss times when everything was labeled on the map?
The third component is inside the centre, so if you got inside, you must have lowered the shields?

I had to back track to the caves, then walk back, and then for some reason that triggered a voice line saying that I could access the stuff. This game is buggy as hell.

It's a bug. I reloaded an auto save and one of the generators was highlighted.

Gna, 2 months later and I have the same problem.
I have 10 autosaves around that Kett Outpost, none of them work, and the mission start save when I first land on Eos -.-
