The game is super well optimised: my card is only slightly more powerful than a 1060 (G1 OC 980), and I'm blown away by how good it looks on high in steady 60fps with HDR and all (so stoked on the HDR part!). if you got a good CPU you can actually Ultra the game and stay ar 60 fps. i got a GeForce GTX 980 OC too I got a 3770k@4.0GHz, noticed some slowdown when i put it to ultra though, not a lot, a bit however on occasion: what cpu young got homie?  |

This is really good to know I'm upgrading to a 1070 and I generally don't play on max settings (I hate most post processing and AA) so I'm looking to get some good frame rates.

You're totally right ! I've also noticed that It barley drops to the min once or twice. But I guess the most effective factor to stability is actually CPU more than GPU CPU gets you the frames and a good cpu makes them stable Good luck further  |

GTX 1070 is much more powerful than the GTX 1060 so you'll have a blast with the 1070. and I assure you with the gtx 1070 all available games will run very easily over 60 or 70 fps 1080p or even 1440p and some in he 50's when 4K that's a great news of course if added to a good cpu. I just love when the developers actually think about minimum before maximum. Shows that they care about everyone in their community not only for people with gtx 1080 and i7 6700k Good luck bro |

Personal preference after I finished the entire trail story ! Everything on Medium 1080p with res scale to 0.90 because I love high fps smooth movement |
