Hey Everyone!
I've made a video about how to game will perform on this specs :
I5 6500 @3,2GHZ
GTX 1060 6GB Not oc
16GB RAM @2133mhz
The game was tested on all Preset settings ( Ultra - High - Medium - Low ) And here follows the results but keep in mind those are pre release results :

Yes, all the Settings were tested under the exact same load ( although you would see different gameplay on the background in the video ) only when fighting and under load ( the moment you recover your team at the crash site and the alien ship attack, at that moment the fps dropped that low ) |

I figured High would be the best I could get on the 1060 which is fine for me honestly. As for what I've seen, yes high will be the sweet spot for lots of people because lots of people are still targeting the 60fps line. but if you have a 144hz monitor and you'd like to get everything out of it I'd suggest Medium ( never go to low as the colours will be very washed out ) Anyway everything was tested preset you can always change for your liking. |

I have exactly the same rig in terms of CPU, GPU and RAM!  I think I will start with ultra and then lower settings starting with shadows, AA and post processing until I hit a sweet spot. |

i put all on ultra except shadows they're on high stayed at 60 fps in multiplayer. so a i7 4770k and gtx 980 are good enough

Bro with your i5 6600k don't you even worry about smashing the fps,,, ANYWAY you got a 60hz monitor so you won't be able to distinguish the difference over 60hz so if you are able to get a constant 60 fps on ultra then just do it Good luck |

V sync was off in all tested settings How was the tearing? Didn't feel any tearing at all even when got to 32 fps ( I felt lag ) but no tearing or maybe my eyes weren't able to distinguish it. but I seriously did't feel it at all EDIT* : I meant 36fps |

- EDITED - Thanks man. Speaking of a constant 60 fps, My GTX 1060 6GB card's slightly overclocked (through MSI Afterburner), so I'm normally always hitting and staying at a steady 60 fps in most games, that's on high settings, for MEA going to try on ultra. So I think I will have a pretty fun time in MEA. ~ Wolf

I would like to agree with you, but when I turned the game to low PRESET the game looked so bad (( the surroundings but the character's details remained beautiful )) could be done better with some personal tweaks |
