I have a question about the downloaded data. Is it possible to transfer the complete downloaded file of an Origin game such as MEA from a PC to another through domestic network?
Just a few words of explanation:
Our internet connexion here is extremely low. We have 2 computers at home: my husband's (downstairs, that can be let on day and night, doubling the downloading time) and mine in our bedroom (that must be truned off at night, of course) where I also have my desk and working stuff. The problem is that my husband plays WoW (yeah, I know..........
) and won't let me use his computer to play MEA when he's playing himself.
So we thought that maybe we could download it on HIS computer (which would take maybe 3 or 4 days if it downloads day and night, instead of a whole week on my computer), then transfer the data onto mine through domestic network and use the .exe to install it manually.
Has any of you already done that? Do you imagine it could work?
