I made the mistake of taking Scott Ryder and not using the custom version, so I was stuck with Concussive shot, so far I was using that, Overload and Barricade. Was wondering where I should start putting the skill points into, what are the best combos for overload? what other combos are the best? Can you reset your skill points in the game?

Overload is a detonator. The combo is dependent on what its primer is. (Also isn't concussive shot also a detonator?) If you want a Fire combo, use it with flamethrower, with a cyro combo, use it after the cryo skill. You can reset at the med bay, it costs like 20 credits for the first one, so don't feel bad! Perosnally, I'm a Singularity - Throw kinda guy so that's what I go for.

thanks for the response, so use either flamethrower or cryo and detonate with overload?

Incinerate is a tech primer too so maybe you were thinking incinerate->overload? As a tech combo? Tho like I wish it was in reverse order since overload is good on shields and incinerate good for underneath the shield...

Yes? I think? I think I've read yesterday in some biotic skill description that it does't work on shielded and armored enemies. And yea list would be nice...
At least, it doesn't work until you spec it that way so it would. Because I've seen some options for biotic to work against shields

Can someone list biotic primers and detonators? Also, when it comes to shielded enemies, are they completely immune to biotics? primers: pull, throw, shockwave, nova, singularity, annihilation field detonators: throw, shockwave, charge, lance regarding shielded enemies: pull has a final evolution called 'strip shields'. I'll let you figure out what that does. Anywho, no, shielded enemies take damage from biotics, but they are not primed if shielded.
