It's not exactly Picaso but I prefer an actual logo over a lame helmet shot for the exe. And I didn't MAKE IT make it myself, was just looking for a decent MEA logo to use. Some color-tweaking was in order.

EDIT* Never mind just looked in the folder and i have the normal games.exe to and it is the same sadly clicking on it just gives me Mass Effect™: Andromeda Deluxe Edition will release on March 20, 2017 and cannot yet be played.

I use Photoshop with the .ico format plugin. The max size it allows is 256x256 I think, otherwise when you try to save it into an icon file, the ICO extension output option won't appear in the "save as" window.

I could've done it the longer manual way which is completely erase the background and only keep the logo, and then copy/paste the green background from the main menu, and then add the transparent logo on top of that. But I'm eating icecream and watching something and doing that would've taken me a bit.

I would have spent days and weeks on one layer then once prefected that layer added on the other layers after which I would have merged them... not liked it and started over from scratch again and again. I miss the old days where I could colorize and overlay a lot easier. Stupid Win 10. <_<
