The leviathan are fucked. No one would let them run around the galaxy. They're like a billion times worse than the krogan. Honestly I'd sooner nuke the closest relay next to their little watery hiding spot before they get a chance to gather the thralls necessary to build anything that would let them leave that system.

Which would make for an interesting gameplay/world setup, where we're thralls at least semi controlled/restricted by Levis. Would love a Mass Effect game set in world-state where they rule the galaxy |
