I disabled the in game origin overlay in the game launching options but I can still open Origin if I want and am still getting tons of pop ups from friends coming online/offline or launching games, and most of them result in a 10 seconds black screen.
Also who thought it was a good idea when clicking on another player in the multiplayer game menu to open the origin profile page for that player, that is just crazy.
You have to manually press the down key on the keyboard to move the highlight on another player if you want to mute them because some people apparently get a kick of playing with their mic always on next to a freaking rocket engine and they have their volume turned up 1000000% of the maximum apparently.
