Hi guys (fans but also devs - if they read this),
I'd like to know:
Is it really so hard to make a great loot system? I mean Kett dropping weapon mods for MILKYWAY GUNS? WHY? Sorry, but IMHO an enemy should drop what he or she was using (so some dude carrying and assault-rifle should drop exactly that and the clothes they are wearing, maybe some grenades (if they are using them) and some minor stuff, but no: Kett should not drop stuff for Milkyway guns! Same for Remnant Bots!)
I mean it's just like finding fresh food inside some trashed chest inside a dark dungeon/cave nobody has entered in ages...quite immersion breaking (I love that "The Witcher 3" paid attention here and didn't have that: No fresh food in caves and people drop their armor and their weapon and some other stuff, sometimes food (on live people it's ok), some money etc.)

Yeah. It's like all those times playing WoW when I'd kill a boar and discover a rare magical sword, a leather jerkin and some edible cheese in its belly. It's just immersion breaking, they'd never have cheese in their gut.
