I wanted to know if we earn less XP for running over enemies instead of getting out of the Nomad and fighting them.
This was the case in ME1...

u wont get any xp by using vehicle to kill enemies, well that is my case in insanity difficulty mode

Haven't noticed myself but based on some previews, killing enemies won't give as much XP as doing quests...unless they're dragons.
Pretty much Inquisition's levelling up system.
