Preload not available for me on PS4, any ideas why?

     So I purchased the regular deluxe edition yesterday on PS4 and for some reason I'm unable to preload. The option just isn't there for some reason, and even though every other preorder i've ever made started immediatly, this one didn't. My brother bought his copy a few days ago and his started downloading immediately, that's what's got me stumped about this. I've tried everything that I could think of, in an attempt to get this to work. Also I should mention that i'm in the US so it doesn't have to do with it coming out later in the UK.
I'd appreciate any ideas on what the issue might be.
