I'm currently stuck/confused in game I made it to the point where you board your new ship and need to fly to eos planet. But when I open the map I have no options to fly to the planet just to zoom in and that doesn't really do anything. Am I missing something or my game bugged?

When you click on the planet Eos, there should be a spot on the planet you can land (press "A" on Xbox). What exactly are you experiencing?
I recommend doing a cache clear (Xbox One).

It's like the planet scanning from 2. You click on the planet then drag around the planet til you find a spot then click on the spot.

Ouch.
I don't have the game yet.
However there options you could try...
-Could trying logging out of the game completely.
-If have origin in "on" state completely turn off origin
.
-Try going out to the main menu and rebinding the mouse to other abilities and then back to galaxy controls.
-Also if using a USB mouse try logging out of the game and then unplugging the mouse and plugging it into another USB slot the relaunching the game.

This may seem silly... but you're right-clicking, correct? Not left clicking. Only thing I can think of :/
Oh and check your key bindings in options, you may have accidentally removed / changed something.
