Power trees and final evolutions the same across kits?

I was wondering whether - for variation more than anything else - the same powers on different kits had any different upgrades or evolutions?

For example, it would be great game-wise if the Angaran Insurgent's combat turret had different upgrades to the Human Engineer's combat turret. Even if it was just the final evo, that would make the kits even more diverse.

Can anyone who has the trial confirm this one way or another?
