There's a lot of shortcomings in the MEA UX compared to ME3, but there are some improvements. While the game has already shipped and likely won't see UIs fully redone, there are some quality of life improvements I think that could be implemented to make the UX better.
Thoughts? I didn't include obvious bugs like positional audio.

Looks like they'll fix this in the sequel.

Agree with most of everything put through except the personal revive, it's very clear even if you're colorblind that you're being revived.
As for anyone else knowing you're being revived, that's a whole other story that 3 already got right, as for the select UI; that is possibly the worst menu outside of Hexen's UI I've ever seen.
ever.

My faith in humanity depends on them fixing the character selection screen. No one has ever said "Hmm I feel like playing an uncommon class this match".

I didn't realize how much I liked ME3MP's UI until I watched this video. Just goes to show that as cliché as the saying is, sometimes you don't know what you got till it's gone. Some of the decisions made by the UI team this time around are truly beyond me. People are saying that the UI was dumbed down to be more friendly to console users, but I disagree. It was simultaneously dumbed down and obfuscated (which is a truly astonishing combo, so props for that) to such a degree that it would be frustrating regardless of the platform you play on.
The only real thing I disagreed with you on was the colorization of the button prompts. It's superfluous enough that it doesn't need changing, in my opinion, just making the buttons scale with the resolution better like you suggested will be enough.
edit: A good UI is one you don't have to think about. Andromeda's is not as intuitive as ME3's, thus requiring more active thought as to how to navigate it.
