Some interesting story details from reddit. [MASSIVE SPOILERS]

I may be wrong or I may be right and it'll take time for vindication like with a bunch of things: I don't think Bioware is afraid of dealing with the endings - I think Bioware is afraid of how players will react to how they deal with the endings. I don't think the endings are nearly as controversial with them as they are with many of their audience, and if they see the time is right and they have enough basis to work with something, they will, and we'll see the Milky Way again. I don't think there is that massive of a problem of 'canonizing an ending' as it seems, and with time/space/whatever of distance and context, a lot more can happen than people have the imagination for at the moment.

An Andromeda arc is to flee the Milky Way (literally and metaphorically), but we know it is at least literally to establish connection to the Milky Way; I don't feel uncomfortable with considering this also metaphorically. In the meantime, we get a grand extended adventure that explores beyond the boundaries set before.

I liked the footage i saw, has a lot of potential. Ofc i have to fill in all the blanks by playing myself. I am not sorry i watched it though, can't wait to play tomorrow and just soak it all in.

I think they'll do something with the Milky way when the time is right, but its still 5 years later and i know people that are upset about the endings to this day. Its hard when its one of gamings biggest contreversies.
