If you really want the benefit of PC, arguably one of the biggest benefits is K/M. My suggestion is to power through.
Barring that, I believe ME3Tweaks has a controller mod, but that's some old news so might've changed since I was last around these parts.

Moving around feels much better too. I feel handicapped though, i can barely do bronze xD and ive soloed plat.. So i was thinking of switching between using either controller or keyboard+mouse. Im trying to get the one from me3tweaks to work right now, thanks

More than half the people gaming don't play at one.

Tell that to me and my old roommates in the livingroom on the 52" with a desktop plugged in. Wireless K/M can go anywhere and be made to work with enough pillows, weed, and beer.

Actually it appears to have controller support. Plugging one in should seemlessly turn it over. No remapping though, so if you want that you have to mod it.

Mass Effect 3 I can guarantee you does not have controller support in the native game on PC.

If you really want the benefit of PC, arguably one of the biggest benefits is K/M. My suggestion is to power through. Even sticking with controller, being able to choose what kind of controller you want to use at all on PC is awesome (PS2, PS3, XBOX360, XBOX1, etc).
