Hello
I am currently playing the trial of Mass effect andromeda on PC
I have some graphical issues though... I have 2 x1080's (zotac) and the game performs better when SLI is disabled... On ultra settings on 4K I get about 40-50FPS... which I am a bit disjointed with to be honest.
Geforce Experience does not pick up the game so I cannot optimise it (yet)
My questions are:
1. When the FULL title is released will the drivers be added to Geforce Experience - So when I scan for games it will pick it up and I can optimise it?
2. When full title is released will it support SLI? - because at the moment It runs ALOT better with one GPU

There is a Game Ready driver coming, yes.
I don't SLI, so I haven't kept up with that recently, but SLI profiles normally go along with the driver, don't they?

Yep, game driver is releasing this week that specifically should patch in optimization for SLI.

My 970 rocks out at 2k so I think you might be ok with a 1080 TI Btw the SLI driver is coming, confirmed on Twitter by the devs. As for OP being disappointed, get used to it. Games almost always release with no SLI drivers and take a while to work fully with SLI. I concluded a while ago that SLI wasn't worth all the cost and hassle. |

I prefer not to SLI because I think the best bang for your buck is to simply go with a brand new GPU every ~3 years. My suggestion would be to get away from SLI, partially for the very reason you are experiencing.

I am running just an 1070 on a laptop at 4k....and my FPS averages around 45FPS, so until NVida launches its game ready driver performance will be sub-optimal. SLI 1080s should blow my right out of the water.

Yeah, I tried SLI back with a couple of 700 series cards and it took months to get proper profiles and I just stopped that and felt better off. |
