So, time for some numbers: In Mass Effect 3, as you level a weapon from level I to level X it increases in damage by some percentage, and for nearly every weapon, you get a 25% increase in damage (see appendix for exceptions).

Thanks to the kind efforts of Chypsolon on Reddit, we have data on the damage each weapon in Andromeda does at each level. So from this data, I can tell you that:

Every common weapon gets a damage increase of 33%
Every uncommon weapon gets a damage increase of 25-27%
Every rare weapon gets a damage increase of 19-20%
Every ultra rare weapon gets a damage increase of 15-16%

So yeah TL;DR upgrade those common weapons, they'll be less shitty at higher levels.

Appendix - Odd level scalings in ME3: CSMG - 13.5%, Acolyte - 16.6%, Harrier - 22%, PPR - 34%, Mantis - 20%, Valiant - 30%

To alert more people, I think that you should be more clear, I thought that the spreadsheet would be for ME3 weapons, but it's Andromeda weapons.

Interesting,on my main I bought few Premium packs and got only rares,but on alt got 3 URs from Spectre packs.

The stronger they are, the harder I hit!

Already has - damage numbers are slightly off. Not by much, though, as it seems.

Not quite and unfortunately so, cause it's missing the projectile count for shotguns (it's not part of this particular "source" apparently) which makes DPS calculations for those impossible for now...
