I launched Origin to check some weapons that are in ME3 for possible use in MEA and it downloaded and installed two updates for MEA and the Trial and installed them (a 500+MB and a 200+MB patch).
I wonder what those two patches are all about. Hmmmmm.

I may be wrong but that file size looks like the file size of a lame MP3 version of the sound track I hope I am wrong though.
Many on here would be glad if they were fixes for the CC or the animations that everyone else is irate about - doubt it with the size though.

I was referring to PC patches, and I think the problems were PC specific, so I would think your patch is for other problems
