Can't get to my ship in 'A Better Beginning'

After speaking to SAM the quest updates and it tells me to get to my ship, but there is no way point and I can't select docking bay in the tram. How do I fix this?



I don't have the orange waypoint and the docking bay is not an option in the tram.
