I would see myself as an hardcore ME player, I have played the trilogy consant since 2010. After reading all those reviews today I am in shock. But I have in mind that those peoples who have written those reviews might not be crazy in ME like me and other hardcore players. So this question is only for all of you who have played the games at least 10 times each, what it your opinion about Andromeda? Spoilerfree please.

Well, the vast majority of us haven't played the game beyond the Early Access. After finishing my ten hours, I was left wanting more. The animation is definitely wonky but combat felt fun and fluid, the story was interesting enough that I wanted to know more and the characters (even Peebee who I thought I'd hate) were fun of what little I saw of them. But we'll see when the game releases and we all get our hands on it.
The problem with Mass Effect Andromeda is that it has huge expectations and to everyone, Mass Effect means something different. The chances that Bioware was actually going to reach those expectations was low at best. The trilogy will go down as one of the best in gaming period even with the ending controversy. That's a lot to live up to particularly when you're an unproven studio (Bioware Montreal).
I replayed the ever living crap out of 1 and 2 and while ME3's ending soured me, the Citadel DLC was a lot of fun and reminded me what Mass Effect is about. So I go into Andromeda excited if a little disappointed by the critical reaction. That's not going to stop me from doing 100% of the content in the game on multiple playthroughs. At the end of the day, all our tastes in games are different. To some people, its about gameplay, others its about story. For some people, technical issues are shrugged off while others throw down their controllers in disgust.
Bottom line for me is that it felt like a Mass Effect game and that's all I want. YMMV.

Having played the 10 hours I remain of the view that I'm going to enjoy this, I loved the trial.
The review scores vary between around 6.0 and 8.0, I guess that puts me up at the 8.0 end. Reading the reviews I'm much more aligned with those, than the others at the 6 end which appear harsh and too caught up in the 'legend of Shepard'.
I can see some flaws already, mostly in areas that don't trouble me personally.
Mass Effect 2 may remain the high water mark, but I intend to play the hell out of this game.

I liked it. /shrug We all have different tastes (and no I most definitely did not like the ME3 ending. I use an ending mod.) As for the rest of the game... I loved the 10 hours I got.. just didn't get very far. But it was awesome up to where I got

Big Mass Effect fan, played each of the games all the way through probably about 20 times each.
I probably have spent more time than most with Mass Effect Andromeda, played more than 30 hours of the trial.
Single player was everything I expected from the Mass Effect series, from the very opening scene I was smiling with joy. This is only a short glimpse of the full game but from what I played everything was spot on. It has that Mass Effect 1 vibe with an improvement on combat that was in Mass Effect 3. I never witnessed any of the flaws mentioned on here and around the internet, that's not to say they don't exist though. I never payed attention to the facial animations in the series, lets be honest they were never that great to begin with so to me the animations look great.I don't have any doubt that I will enjoy the full game once it releases in my country.
If you like Multiplayer in Mass Effect 3, I think you will like it just as much in Adromeda. The combat is different but I think it is a vast improvement from Mass Effect 3. I must warn you though, it so addictive and extremely fun. I have already put in hours upon hours into it and still no where near unlocking all of the weapons, kits etc.
Just my opinion, I heard all the negativity before the release and it did not effect my enjoyment of the trial one bit.

This 'bout sums it up for me as well. I was very skeptical, due to how flaunting the teasers were, showing practically nothing about the game itself outside of the visual cg teasers of potentially involved characters and battle mechanics. I do still reserve my final judgement though, knowing full well the game's EA has shed some light on some glaring issues, most of with which has already been openly beaten to death on the forums. But the game itself, it's still Mass Effect. It's still about being given that opportunity to explore planets and interact with the other characters in a rather unique series of dialogue options, which feels to be much more expansive than it had ever been in the past. While I do love ME1-3, it was the one thing that did turn me off, despite loving the rpg aspect of it. Their options were simply far too linear, so much so, the magic of attempting to be clever with personal choices a on a multitude of matters concerning several missions felt too artificial. In the end, it was only ever about whether you wanted to be Paragon or Renegade, not about what any of your choices actually entailed. At the very least with this, this does not feel like the case at all, and I love it for that. Though admittedly, I do agree the writing isn't as well thought out as it could have been, but given the layers of the game, it sort of makes sense that it was a bit shirked during its production.

In my honest opinion, a lot of the negative stuff you're seeing on the internet is simply bandwagon jumpers, posting a popular yet controversial opinion to get views and likes. It's "cool" right now to talk bad about Andromeda for some reason.
I played the 10 hour trial and loved it. Already pre-ordered. Now I'm not saying it's perfect in every way, but nothing/no one is perfect. The only things that bothered me were of course the character creation and facial animations, but also the unskipable galaxy map travel scenes. The rest of the game was quite enjoyable.
If you're a Mass Effect fan and you think for yourself, and try not to let others' opinions skew yours, I believe you'll enjoy Andromeda. If you let the negative bandwagoners get in your head though, you might go into Andromeda with the idea that you're not going to like it, and it might become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I've played each game numerous times.
At the moment, MEA looks to be ok. I can see myself getting annoyed hearing the sam voice all the time.
It will take time getting use to the combat. The one thing I liked, in the ME trilogy, is the ability to bring up the power wheel having a squadmate use this power on that enemy over there and the other squadmate use that power on this enemy.

I've only play the 10-hours access. What I played I enjoyed especially single player. Although I hate the Nomad. With multiplayer it was a lot of lag and crashing, so hopefully they work on that. I've pre-ordered all the OT and this game. Mass Effect is my favorite gaming series/franchise, so I'm willing to give Andromeda a chance. I think you're going to have to wait until more of people to play the game and more of us play more than 10 hours to get better opinions or views of the game.

Spoiler free as I can -
I've completed ME1 all achievements on two separate gamertags. Same with ME 2 & 3. ME 1 is my favourite, mostly because I'm an RPG gamer at heart and the combat being lacklustre never bothered me but the stripped down RPG mechanics in 2 & 3 really did. I would consider myself a huge fan and a pretty big player. Anyway...
Andromeda - I went into the trial expecting to hate it based on all the reviews. First bit of the trial oh my god I just loved it. Story pacing was superb I thought. I love how the game introduces you to things (like the scanning and the characters) and how you become pathfinder managed to both surprise and touch me. The environments were jaw dropping - all little details like weather effects, skies, optional paths. I spent so long just walking round looking st the world because it was gorgeous. I played the first prologue bit through twice and the second time found some completely new things I had totally missed my first time. Not something that was really possible in the trilogy, so really great emphasis on exploration. Animations I didn't think were as bad as the internet has made out. Never experienced any bugs or glitches and the combat was really exciting. I play vanguard (now called scrapper). I loved the trial enough to definitely know for sure I wanted to play more. I'm seeing estimates of 100+ hours to complete so it's a really amazing sized game with a wealth of stuff to do. I'm certain bugs will be patched out and I'm hoping in the future entire new planets will be released as dlc. Very happy with what I played and I can't really go into exact details because of spoilers but if the rest of the game is in any way similar to the trial it might even end up my favourite of the series. Even without Wrex.

Played ME1 6 times, ME2 9 times and ME3 6 times. I can't imagine a world where you wouldn't want to try Andromeda if you've played the entire first trilogy start to finish more than 10 times. The game is good, but inconsistent, and has technical limits that are mind-boggling. You'll most likely enjoy it a lot, but still have disappointment that it ultimately doesn't live up to its namesake.

That means a range of responses, due to expectations set before MEA and while playing MEA. It avoided ME3 ending contreversy at the cost of seemingly blatantly acknowledging its not gonna be some ME1-ME2 ending. I bet epilogue DLC is at least a bit planned...
