So while I wait 3 more days to actually play the game, after paying for it in pre-order, some people have unlimited game access(probably got it for free) and there are already youtube walkthroughs of final boss and ending + epilogue, not to mention every other part of the game. Is that how it should be?

Streamers who were given review copies have clearly been streaming.

It bemuses me why anyone would watch a whole game rather than play it.

I don't think it's going to change, watching them (or not) is a choice.

It's more for seeing how other peoples reactions are to certain parts of the game. I also watch fullyninjallama too see what happens when I choose something else (generally choices I'll never take i.e. templars in DAI or sera romance). Also some people just don't have the cash to play right away so they live through others. That's how I see it anyway I'm sure there are more reasons than the ones I mentioned.
