Until I get the Kineticist so far I am liking the Human Adept best.
The new Pull is so much fun especially when you upgrade radius and use the hold cast to grab them to you.

Had the most success on Silver with Salarian Operative and the SMG that doesnt need ammo. Sorry dont remember the name. The shield skill is almost OP as you can insta regen shields for you and grp (in range) to 50% plus HoT regen after that. I think i got the reuse time down to 7-8 secs at lvl10. Paired with that almost OP SMG. The SMG allows you stay truly mobile and not worry about "camping" ammo crates. I dont know how he will hold up at Gold/Plat but at Silver this combo was almost silly I too enjoyed the Salarian Operator most. Running him with an N7 Eagle and Disruptor rounds was interesting.

My preliminary list would look like this: Adept - AsariSoldier - Turian (possibly Havoc variety), haven't played either yet so no clear favourite Engineer - Salarian OperatorSentinel - AsariInfiltrator - SalarianVanguard - fuck vanguards But I'm not buying unless they fix the time dialation oh, i see Asaris and Salarians made it twice on your list.

I am enjoying Human Engineer. Always liked the human engineer class since ME3 and I think they did a decent job on this one. The turret can distract enemies quite a bit. Chain overload casting time is a little long and enemies rarely stay still so I end up not really using it. Cryo beam is new and is quite a nice change from cryo blast. It has quite a long range too. I unlocked the Asari Sentinel today. Her backlash ability is very versatile. I was quite surprised that it didn't end up useless. Basically it's like your own Captain America shield. As long as you hold the key, you will block every attack and deflect it back at enemies. I've managed to kill a robot enemy (sorry I haven't had a chance to study the lore XD) with my shield deflecting another enemy's laser beam that was firing at me and it felt really cool You can also use it to help protect team mate during objectives. The cool down is very reasonable and the shield is quite tanky. This class will be super useful against the enemies that deal high damage. I can't wait to try it on that annoying enemy that carries around a chain gun >_> Other two abilities, ED and throw are the same. But I think I detonated my friend's biotic combo with my ED so that's something. Unlocked the Krogan Engineer but still haven't tried. My friend said it's underwhelming though. Can't detonate anything. Saw someone with Asari Duelist... super jelly, that armour looks so cool >.<

Really liking the vanilla Human Infiltrator. My only problem is that there's something going on with the aiming, it feels really floaty even for a console game which makes sniping frustrating. I'm not sure if it's an input latency issue, or if the deadzone on the stick is too big, but precise aiming feels way more difficult than it was in ME3.

First off, the lag is far too much of a deal-breaker for me to say that I've gotten to experience any kit close to its full potential.
That being said, I am enjoying the Asari Duelist quite a bit. Charge + Lance + Shotgun is pretty satisfying. The next kit that I am at least trying to enjoy is the Asari Huntress, but still figuring her out.

As far as weapons platforms go Salarian infiltrator and Turian soldier seems solid so far.
Dat damage reduction when in cover for the turian is very good.

Gotta drop those first. I found that incendiary ammo 1 with a fast firing weapon (Hurricane is perfect) will do a nice job of priming. Then it is everyone detonate the big burning boss. Keep shooting and do it again.

the final skill on the turret (human eng for example) allows you to spec either fire or frost ammo for the turret. Combine that with overload and disruptor rounds for shield stripping / setting off explosions could be quite good fun.

For Bronze:
Turian Havoc Trooper is absolutely bonkers. Slap a Scorpion pistol on there and you've got a broken combination. Put all your points into Aerial Assaultfirst. You'll be able to pick the highest spot on the map, hover there for ages, and 2 shot everything in sight while holding a 75% (!!!) Damage reduction bonus the entire time you're hovering. Boss mobs require you to empty the clip, then Turbocharge and unload 5 more rounds. You'll do so much DPS that your team will barely get any credit for the kill.
For Silver:
Still experimenting here, but it seems like higher difficulty rewards you for having abilities that recharge shields quite a bit more.
The Salarian Infiltrator has good survivability with cloak and energy drain. Pair with some heavier weapons like the Falcon, Black Widow, or Lanat to provide solid backline damage.
The Asari Sentinel seems like another high survivability choice, allowing you to act as the "support" hero for the team, using Energy Drain (Rank 6 Team Drain) to heal, and using Backlash to tank damage.

Of the ones I tried, Asari Adept I think is my fav. She's no Fury but weirdly, she's one of the only ones that I've tried that can consistently set off her own combos.

The Angara Avenger is cool, but the melee power can be mildly frustrating when it misses especially with its long cast times, which sometimes has teammates killing the enemy before you get to it.
Coupled with a scattershot though it's a pretty good kit and I am fond of that shotgun.

Mostly played the human adept and enjoyed it. So many biotic explosions. Used the Avenger and the Charger (Tempest) mostly. Did a match with the human infiltrator using the PAW and that was kind of fun too. Only at level 1 though and no mag mods yet so it ran out of ammo super fast, but on the bright side you didn't need to complete the reload animation for the gun to re-gen its ammo it would just do it automatically after a short time. Having a blast with the MP so far.

I have only scrubbed on a human Adept, and the character itself I think is fine. I looked at other kits available to me, and I will try Human Engineer tomorrow. Predator on Adept, an AR on eng. I am too confused to do much good anyway.

Asari Adept is easily the best team player in the game, and does well enough on her own (though very squishy if caught unaware).
Basically, Annihilation + Biotics tree makes every enemy hit by biotics take 40% more damage from everyone (and you). Then, Annihilation also sets up all kinds of combos from not just you, but your team-mates. So combos goin' off everywhere.
Then, you can also get Annihilation to regen shields (30%) every time you kill an enemy being hit by it.
Really, she just brings absurd team utility and damage increase. On the later waves, you can just sit in a corner with your team and let the enemy come.. to get Annihilated. Gotta be careful because again, pretty squishy, and you gotta be in front to debuff. Bravery pays off, though.

Bravery pays off, though. Team her with Salarian Operative or the non avenger angaran (sorry forgot name) that can almost spam 50% shield + regen. Operative also has a detonator and a debuff. I see a good plat team consisting of Asari Adepts, Salarian Operative, the inf with group stealth for "oh crap moments" and something that can "spam" detonators. Like krogan with flamer or a 2nd operative for that matter. Screw it 2 asari adepts and 2 salarian operatives. game over
