My favorite so far is the Asari Sentiel. Pretty durable and versatile. If this works anything like ME3, that durability and the Backlash won't scale well with gold and platinum, so I'll enjoy her while I can. Second is the Turian Soldier with a Cyclone. I might give the Havoc a whirl later, but I'm not sure I'm digging her design. When I need to carry, Human/Salarian Infiltrator with a Viper/Widow is always nice and trusty to save bad teams.

I was looking over all her Powers earlier, and Backlash/Tech Armor are the least of my priorities atm. She's got quite a few Power Damage/Radius/Force/Recharge synergy evolutions, and can even spec Energy Drain to be a Primer, which she can then self-detonate with Throw. Throw then has a faster cooldown, so she can subsequently detonate an Ammo Primer during the interrim. At Rank X I'm considering 6/6/6/6/1, Tech Armor being the 1. Will have to wait and see just how effective it ends up being, but that's the current plan.

Amazingly, setting the Task Manager priority to High has resulted in pretty stable games so far, so I went ahead and bought it. It was either that or be stuck in ME3 Pug Hell for the rest of eternity. IMO, MEA has crossed over into "so bad it's good" territory now. Bioware wanted the entire game to have the feel of Citadel DLC? Well they've succeeded, in more ways than they know. This is a lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek sendoff to the series, because there won't be another game after this one. This is the True Ending.

So far, I really enjoy the Asari Adept. She really is the new Fury but with all the slick jetpack moves. I Love flying down from a ledge to unleash a biotic explosion on an unsuspecting enemy. There are quite a few kits I enjoy, but none feels as dynamic as her yet. Once I get the Kineticist and upgrade her, I will reassess. Right now, the AA is a blast to play. On bronze, the AA pretty much doesn't need a gun, just biotic explosions everywhere. I have quite a few characters at level 8-12 now, and I can't recall one that can self detonate (without special ammo) other then her. On silver, she needs more health/shields if you want to play her vanguard like. I can't wait till she's ranked 20.

Human Sentinel appears atm to be an extremely powerful kit. Jack of All Trades, more like Master of All Trades, if not the Universe.
-Weapon Training Passive, with Weapon damage, Weak Point Damage, Accuracy, and Stability.
-Tech Armor, with Damage Reduction, Weapon Accuracy and Stability, and even the option for Melee bonuses paired with a Juggernaut Shield.
-Barricade for on-demand Cover, when all the pugs get stomped and you have to cap all of the Devices yourself.
-Energy Drain for Shield Stripping enemies, Shield Boosting yourself, Priming Tech Bursts, and even restoring Shields to nearby teammates, if you deem them worthy.
-Throw for a Detonator on a relatively fast CD, to Detonate your Energy Drain, and then your Cryo/Incendiary Ammo while Energy Drain is on CD.
-Use any weapon you like, the bigger the better.
I can't think of anything this kit sucks at.

Kroguard melee. Some things just don't get old. I think you can spec one of the powers to use shields and have no cool down. Don't do it. Not having shields and not being able to cast the power because of it to set off a kaboom and get away has killed me a few times... on gold you will be losing shields and that power will be useless at times...
