Could someone confirm that
1 there will be an upgrade option for the basic MEA version to delux and higher via origin for every country
2 if someone does not buy the pre order then he will still get the pre order items if said person will buy the delux or higher version?
The reason I ask is I want to buy an international version of the game instead of a region locked one. I would have to access origin in a different country without region lock but right now that is impossible.
I want to know if I can wait or should I get it now with the preorder stuff ( we don't know if the same trick with swapping language files from DAI will work so...)
