Thanks to cmoe I just discovered there is a mod that fixes The fight a Fever Quest to cure the sick guy in the refuge on Kadara wher you fix there antenna and get a heat lamp. I had already completed up to going to the two stoned guys place (SOS) but went back and there was now an interact icon on some of the plants. Was able to pick it (and you get an option to eat a leaf and get a funny cut-scene) and was also able to then go back to the refuge (an icon appears on the map) and complete the quest by giving it to the Turian guy. Here is the link to the MOD: www.nexusmods.com/masseffectandromeda/mods/541/?I'm glad it worked. I had always wanted to finish that quest...

Several of Havarl's named NPCs (almost all I have encountered thus far) have a little bit different or additional dialogue if their quests are completed after Khi Tasira. E.g., there are several notions w.r.t. to the reincarnation/memory transfer being a design decision by the Jaardan.

You also get different dialogue during Jaal's loyalty mission (when scanning the pillars/ruins) if done afterwards.

Jo Berry @joanna_Berry Happy #N7Day! For #teN7, here are ten fun tidbits from Mass Effect Andromeda's Codex (and elsewhere): 1. The kett in Heleus speak a dialect called Tonaizhet, "speaking correctly." It's derived from 'tonired' ("speech and mind as one"). 2. During his early iterations, SAM created artwork to help him learn facial recognition. One of his pieces can be found on the Tempest. 3. The Movie Night quest was inspired by "stone soup" fairy tales. 4. As the angara rebuild their star charts, rediscovered planets are given a number and the prefix "Pas", Shelesh for "find / discovery". 5. The black hole at the centre of the Heleus Cluster, H-012 Ketos, is believed to be the source of the cluster's abundant element zero. 6. No one knows exactly how the Tempest's laundry works. Suvi once dropped a survey probe down there for a lark. It came back clean and dry. 7. According to sources, the kett homeworld is called Sarhesen. The name appears to literally translate as "centre of gravity". 8. A number of Heleus systems are named after explorers. Tecunis is named after the first salarian expedition to reach the Citadel. 9. The director's cut of "Last of the Legion" was banned by the Palaven censorship board for "multiple scenes of poor trigger discipline". 10. As SAM records, the Nexus leadership has heard rumours of "some giant Remnant construct burrowing through Elaaden's desert"... ... but they've dismissed those claims. 🙂 From the Twitter ThreadHappy N7 Day, everyone!

Re: #7 Does that mean the kett come from inside the black hole? Huh... Gotta admit, I haven't put much thought in that, but it's interesting. Altough, we do have confirmation that Kett originate from another cluster. But it would be pretty interesting if they came from the center of Heleus just like the Collectors had a base on the center of the Milky Way. Maybe some kind of relay between clusters or quick transportation. After all, there are no known mass relays on Andromeda.

Found two more references on the Nexus Uprising novel.
1) According to Sloane's experiences about Human Biotics, all of them developed homicidal thoughts as collateral side effects. This is heavily explored in Mass Effect 1 in many ways. a)Kaidan's conversations, showing his (somewhat) uncontrolled rage on Commander Vyrnnus, from BAaT. b)The Assignment UNC: Hostage, where a group of biotic extremists kidnap Chairman Burns. c)The Assignment UNC: Major Kyle, where Kyle assembles a group of biotic extremists.
Of course, we do know these aren't proper "homicidal thoughts", but from someone that see those situations from a different point of view do question the sanity of human biotic users.
2) After a problem with a biotic, Sloane asks Talini if there are any krogan biotics on board. She says there aren't, and only heard about one, from the Urdnot Clan, who can manipulate biotics.

So I picked up a PT that I started just before migrating to ACO as I needed a break from ACO. Went to the sages on Minrathous as I have many times to tell Amurd where his sister was and decided to chat to the first sage afteractivating the vault which I had never done before. He actually had some interesting things to say including that Taavos had come to stay with them and try and calm his soul. Or something like that.

Noticed for the first time when on the Tempest when clicking on a companion's icon their quests will show up and I don't have to scroll the journal. Nice detail and saves some time. Never even thought to do that, writes note to remind myself to check tomorrow

Wondering where ship model #18 is? It's hidden in the Nexus.
I thought I was going crazy wondering why I only have 17 models when I know for a fact I picked them all up (I checked them off my list as I found them). The one I was missing was the Hyperion. BUT, the ship is parked inside the Nexus model. The game is counting this as only 1 model instead of 2 so it says I only have 17 when I do in fact have all 18. Ugh, stupid game!
The Nexus is one you buy so you have it automatically in NG+. I guess as soon as you pick up the Hyperion in Prodromos it gets added to it? Never noticed until now.

I made a guide a while back about those model ships. Some are hidden behind the "estabilish an outpost" requirement and one of them is only available on Spender's dormitory during a specific quest. Here, check that out. bsn.boards.net/post/789759

Finally got to the end of Nexus Uprising (I know, I really did take my sweet time)
Anyways, a thing I wanted to point out is that Urdnot Wrex is mentioned as Tuchanka clan leader on the book. It really did caught my eye, since Wrex can be killed on Virmire before becoming a clan leader.

So maybe the kett could come from the center of Andromeda. It could be that they're an ancient race that started out in a location central in Andromeda and have been expanding outward for billions of years. They're so old that they can no longer reproduce in a "normal" fashion and have to resort to exultation in order to continue existing. (Yes, I know this post is three months old.)

Took a different dialogue option when giving the star map to Avela today. A discussion followed about the possibility of the Angara having specifically traveled to other galaxies prior to the scourge. I found it very interesting that Bioware inserted that sort of innuendo into the game.

I found it very interesting that Bioware inserted that sort of innuendo into the game. It would make sense to me. I still kind of wonder if the MB is a native of Andromeda who pointed people from the MW in that direction. Unless it's Ellen Ryder, which also seems possible based on data mining some people did.

I was talking to Kesh for the first time on the Nexus. She mentioned that her clan was starting to develop a mutation against the genophage. This is consistent with Mordin's own work with the STG. The krogan had been showing such an immunity and Mordin's STG team tweaked the genophage to prevent it from happening. Perhaps it hadn't fully taken effect. Then with the gene therapy during the trip to Andromeda, the mutation becomes even more prevalent. Never noticed any of this before.

I'm back on Aya after having just rescued the Salarian Ark and decided to keep initiating conversations with the Moshae after getting her initial congratulations on that mission. I was surprised that she mentioned several of the things Ryder has done in the game prior to that point. She eventually thanked me for helping Avela. In the next conversation, she mentioned that Ryder had spoken with her "old colleague Daenfre" and described her as a "good scientist, unpleasant person." My first thought was "who?", but then the Moshae went on to acknowledge that "she should not have tried to scan Ryder without his permission. She also thanked Ryder for "indulging her rudeness" and mentioned that she had been reprimanded for her behavior.
All in all, Bioware's attention to some of the details in this game continues to amaze me.

It seems I don't choose casual a lot and I have been really surprised with the differences TBH.

You should also speak to Governor Paraan and Evfra multiple times they also have many responses that relate to Ryder's actions if you don't already. On Aya PB also has quite a few different responses as well.

That's why his STG team, which included Maelon, returned to Tuchanka to make sure that it remained in place. My point is that the krogan were naturally developing an immunity to the genophage. The gene therapy during the trip from MW to Andromeda may have sped up the process.

It would make sense to me. I still kind of wonder if the MB is a native of Andromeda who pointed people from the MW in that direction. Unless it's Ellen Ryder, which also seems possible based on data mining some people did. Wait what, Ellen Ryder as MB??????? I don't know. Someone said there were some files indicating the MB was female and the same age as Ellen Ryder.
