Looking on the Apex HQ app, there looks like there is a corresponding UR version for each consumable equipment (weapon amps, ammo, power amps, etc.). You thought you hated cryo ammo IV before? Wait till you get an UR version of it instead of a weapon or character!
Honeatly, unless Bioware are sadists, I have to imagine that these are only unlocked after all other UR cards have been, similar to the gold equipment in ME3.
I'd grab a screen shot, but every time I go back to it now, the app crashes. Anyone able to grab a screenshot of the equipment menu?

They don't take the spot of rares and UR. They're "blue" cards when you open a premium pack, there are still 2 spots for Rare/UR.

So basically your consumable level unlocks corrisponds with the level of pack you buy? IE: Level I equipment out of basic packs, Level IV out of Premium? If that's the case, then it's a welcome change. No more explosive ammo 1 out of the most expensive packs. |

Higher you get the Level III and IV. Level IV consumables even have a special sound when you flip the cards. |
