I actually like him. Try him with N7 Eagle and Disruptor Ammo. Worked great against Remnant. Not so much with Kett.

I think he might have been alluding to getting him 9 more times so you actually have all of his skill points, though... Just posted a topic about this. But yeah, with one unlock, you'll have 62 skill points to play with at lvl 20, not 84 like in ME3MP.
