Eh I wouldn't mess with it. 3 hours and it unlocks. I might start playing in an hour in a half since I do still have just under 2 hours of trial time left. I plan on restarting anyway Getting an hour in a half jump or so might be nice. Though I wonder if I will have to exit out of the game when it transfers from trial to complete unlock.

I used VPN and set my location to Singapore Korea. Been playing for 5 hours now. The only thing i can fault the game on is facial animations and the character creator. Both of which are absolute twaddle. The rest of the game seems good though - combat, jumpjets, story, voice acting - all great.

Changed my location to New Zealand and nope. Ugh! The game activation software can detect where you are, and thus simply setting your location doesn't work. You can use a software that lets you hide your location (I don't know if HideMyAss is still around, that's what I used for ME3, some sort of VPN IIRC), start the game and let the activation run. Once it's activated, no further check will be done, so leave the game again, uninstall the hiding software and you can play normally. At least, that's how it worked for ME3. Maybe they changed it, but it's worth a try. |
