How do I get it? Used the same email address to long in to the briefings as I use for Origin. How do I get my custom content? It's not showing in my extra content.

You mean the helmet, right? It's not showing in the extra content, but I have it in my inventory since the early access. I didn't remember how I get it though, it just appear in the inventory maybe? Check it after you are done with habitat 7 mission.
My similar concern is the my deluxe edition bonus, I still don't know how to get them..

Deluxe Edition bonuses are all there for me but weren't there for the trial. Make sure you check the extra content area. It may ask you to download them. Do it now before midnight!

I got the elite helmet from the briefing, but not the deluxe edition content.. That you have to download on release... the only thing unlocked right away is the multiplayer stuff and the Elite helmet. |

If it's physical media, it maybe in an email from the retailer, or it may be in the case. (I don't have my copy, yet.) I'm not sure how digital copies work. You should have some form of EA account, though, or you wouldn't be able to play multi player... I don'z know how extra content works on the PS4, but on PC you have to download it separately from the game via Origin. |
