I'm in the game and I've redeemed the deluxe code the the content is not there. I have the content from the preorder and the initiative stuff but I can't get the deluxe guns or armor. Anyone know?

Think you have to have got to the Tempest, and then in your quarters there should be a terminal to acquire special items, to the right of your e-mail terminal(if I remember correctly). Also, make sure you downloaded the extra content, I don't think it comes included in the pre-load.

This somehow fixed itself. 2 hours after I downloaded it and was playing the game, I got a pop up saying the content was "ready to play"... odd.
