Well it looks like he has a protege named Avitus Rix who made the trip to andromeda.
I wonder how many more former Spectres made the trip.
Hopefully he will be a crew member in a future game.

Actual Spectre or something along the lines of Garrus? Garrus was among a number of turians who were being looked at to become Spectres. Similar to Anderson and Shepard (whose name was put forth by Nihlus, who had intended to observe him for several missions). Rix could fit in that category. No actual Spectre would be a protege to anyone because they would have already proven themselves before becoming Spectres.
