I was told (by Customer Service Reps) it will unlock at 12:01 EST.  It is currently 12:16 and the book is not yet on my Kindle. Their chat support is closed. Anyone have any ideas? |

Anyone? This is unacceptable from Prima Guides  I'm stuck having to play Multiplayer because I don't know if I need to restart my progress if I made wrong choices in the prologue etc |
