Some day ago, I posted that some characters got too short legs in this game.. Today, I'm trying to prove my opinion by modifying and stretching the leg of Ryder's full body image. I use only ms paint application, so forgive me if the editing was bad same scale, only stretching the legs. for all pictures, left is the edited image, right is the original. Starting from Alec.. second one is Scott: next is Liam: PeeBee is still little bit off, So which one is cooler? I'll post the other characters if I can find full body image.

Well the one on the right has arms in proportion to the rest of his body. Whereas the one on the left now has long legs but short arms. I'd advise adjusting them if you wanted a proper comparison.

MEA has realistic proportions. What you want is superhero comic book proportions.

I think this is very subjective. I have the build you're trying to achieve, so Scott definitely looks a bit stumpy, to me. I have friends built like Scott, though, and they don't strike me as stumpy on a regular basis. It's the lack of variety, due to a limited number of in-game rigs, that is causing it to jump out at you. Or are you actually basing it on those pics? Those pics were originally provided as cosplay references (at least in the case of Scott's), and featured some distorted proportions. In-game, it looks better, in my opinion.

subjective it is.. but I don't know why keep find out that most characters' legs are a bit short compared to their bodies. In some in-game cutscene, I find they was okay, but not in several others. Like you said, it might be a subjective matter..
I'm not looking for a superhero body type, but I find ME:A characters' body proportion a bit off compared to previous ME trilogy.

You think that's bad? Has anyone paid attention to the Turians?

When you see NPCs in game, it looks weird. Models are maybe 4.5-5 heads tall at most. Legs look too short. But there's no way they can change this.

Here's more thorough comparison; I stumbled on a website that informs the human body's proportion and use one of the proportion image there, to compare Alec Ryder. On the left is the edited image, on the right is the original image. I overlay them with the body proportion image: you can see in the original image, Alec's pelvic bone should be moved upper a little bit to get a good proportion.. or if don't want to change the body, they just will need to make the leg a little bit longer. Once again, this is my own subjective opinion on the body proportion, also that's the perfect human body proportion and I understand that there's no perfect human. And please don't get me wrong, I love ME:A, I'm not trying to bring the game down.. I just want it to be fixed so I can enjoy it more.

You think that's bad? Has anyone paid attention to the Turians? The poor Turians developed rickets during the trip.
