Title says it all. None of the colors save for the color customization of any of the gear ive tried it on.
I go into customizer. Select my colors. when i move mouse off of that color selector it reverts back to the default.
Also if you change colors then hit the only button you can...exit...nothing happens. Gear doesnt change.
Seriously Bioware how the hell did you release this when the customizer doesnt even work. Seriously POed at this right now. Such a ridiculously obvious bug from what i can tell.

the current workaround is press space button each time after you select the color and then go quit the outfitter.
