After 14 years of working at BioWare, I have decided to move onto different pastures.
I am very proud of our games and the social aspects of those games.
I've met a ton of wonderful people and have had a chance to work with some of the best out there.
Of course, I would like to thank @raymuzyka and @doktorzee for giving me the chance to move from industrial automation into games
Hopefully, I can be an example of people without prior games experience can succeed. Lots of bias against us when I got started in games.

there is a real terminological challenge re 'Branta canadensis' vs 'geese who happen to live in Canada'. 'Canada-squared geese' maybe

I use "making a cup of tea" too. 🙂 Either way, 90% of my writing problem-solving is done away from my desk.
The other 10% involves writing down "I need a solution to X plot or character problem" on a note card and then doing something else.
By the time I come back to it, I take a look and go: "oh yeah, I see how to fix that now. Easy."
