Re Mike LAidlaw saying Sten and Barkspawn will always be chosen. His choice made me laugh. I've never picked Sten and Barkspawn but I've listened to it on Youtube and it's pretty funny. I like knowing little things like this that tell me the creators play their own games. Like, do they ever tell you who their fave romance is?

I prefer they not do this, tbh, because then you get things like David Gaider saying that DorianxBull is his DAI OTP, which is just upsetting to fans of their romances because if feels like him saying they are better off with each other than the Inquisitor. Whether he feels that way is beside the point, it's the player perception.
Aside from that, I do recall DG saying that he really liked the friendship arc that Morrigan has with the fem Warden.

I see your point, but I like knowing they actually like their creations enough to fan over them. The sort of fans who feel like DG saying that demeans their relationship with either half of that pairing are probably also the folks who refuse to romance characters who find their own romance if not romanced. Like not romancing Sera because they feel like Dagna is canon. There is barely a canon world, there is no canon romance.

It's more involved than that, but I'm not going to get into it in this thread. It still remains my view, even as my opinion of the Dorian romance is not changed.

Cori May (@genevrael on Twitter; one of the editors for DAI - she edited Solas among others) is widely known as Solasmancer Prime, so there's one at least.

Mark Darrah @biomarkdarrah Does it reference Cole? Is the image used without credit? Blair Brown @thefiddzz They always usually say the game or movie. This time they didn't. No Cole or DA credit on end titles either 😭
ladyiolanthe ladyiolanthe Did you guys get royalties for Mark of the Assassin showing up in an episode of Supernatural?
Blair Brown @thefiddzz It did what?!
Mark Darrah @biomarkdarrah I think they cleared that one with us
Mike Laidlaw @mike_Laidlaw They did.
Patrick Weekes @patrickweekes How did I not get a picture with Sam and Dean out of that deal?
Or just Dean.
Maybe Dean and Cas.
Mike Laidlaw @mike_Laidlaw You were on Mass Effect busy killing Mordin. And some other stuff. But mostly Mordin.
Patrick Weekes @patrickweekes Okay, FAIR, so you all got pics with Dean and Cas, and I got a lot of seashells.
Mike Laidlaw @mike_Laidlaw And the knowledge that it was done well. I feel like someone else would have got it wrong.

Can someone tell me what they mean with Mark of the Assassin and Supernatural? *curious bunny is curious*
Felicia Day - the actress who voiced Tallis in Mark of the Assassin - also appeared in a recurring role on Supernatural. When she met up with Sam and Dean at one point, a group of people she was with were playing DA2. Varric was clearly seen in one scene.

Not to bring it back to hair or anything, because god forbid ya'll get alcohol poisoning or anything on my account, but I always wondered why longer hair (or at least better short or mid length hair) was such a big deal when the modding community, without so much as a modding tool thingie, create beautiful hair with braids and bangs and a hundred colors and that never seems to break the game. I mean, clearly it CAN be done, but I don't understand why it isn't? Though what would really make my life is if they offered mods on the xbox one like they do the Skyrim remaster. That shit makes me giddy.

Usually long hair mods do warn that those hair are stiff like a plank and clip or look odd when character moves or is seen in cinematics. That's why.

I think it might have something to do with clipping issues, professional pride, and a lack of time to really spend on ensuring there are no clipping issues with long hair. People in the mod community have the time to focus on it and perfect it while devs who have a lot of things to work on before a game can be shipped may not. But one of our resident BioWare devs would probably have a better insight into this.
