Considering that events in it are canon and were directly referenced in DAI through Cassandra's backstory and romance arc, I'd suggest that Bioware had quite a bit of involvement. Also, even though a lot of the lore content is necessarily abbreviated for the movie format, they did get most of it right.

And hey, it was our first view of a fat elf!


[edit] Although I loved how they dealt with the heroic nature of Cassandra's performance in the film by having her downplay it in the game, saying something like, "To hear people tell it, you'd think I single-handedly saved the day." That was great, and so Cassandra.

Now I'm picturing a Thedosian version of Cats with an all darkspawn cast. Its kind of terrifying, yet intriguing?

The harvest and roast is almost over here, but another great season.

Some? it's like the 80%/85% of the secondary quests (and you need to do them to gain influence and advance through main story, not obviously all, but a good amount.), hell, the specialization quest you have to fetch and even in some main plot and companion quests xD. Then you have the grind and gather for resources, spam killing mobs included, (materials, herbs, etc, basically all), schematics, and the crafting system heavily impacted by this and made for this, multiple big maps, having to do the same every single one of them you, his loot system is a pure hard random like a mmo, can take big time to obtain a grade 3-4 schemetic for example and you that are a mmo veteran like me, don't say even the npc conversations around the zones, when you go talk to them without any type of zoom or mini cutscene just the dialogue, are not an mmo feature. And let's not forget the war table, now all of this putted into a circle and basically copy-pasted a major thing. If it's not a single player offline MMO doesn't matter if small or big then, hell i guess i need to commite suicide for being a madman i guess. Tho i don't have a problem with it feels like you think i have a problem with it and in fact, it's the other way around i love single player offline mmos, it's just basically poorly done, there are single player offline mmos out there, that are good, for example Xenoblade Chronicles, that's a single player offline mmo, and a masterpiece.

I didn't played TW3 so i can't talk for that game, same for Skyrim, so i can't tell much too.

it's not a comparison, it's just call it what it is basically, if you don't like it, that's another story.
