I didn't like decor being tied to a specific group. I wish it would have been more general. I maybe liked one style but my inquisitior would never use it. Or whatever.

Ah yes, the Kirkwall Legacy throne  

For me it depends on my Inquisitor what I use.
Haya Adaar liked the Avvar throne, Bruce Lavellan and Kiri Lavellan the Fereldan Legacy throne, and Greed Trevelyan the Kirkwall Legacy throne.

What happened to Fenris? Was that Anders' final bit of revenge, he bequeathed him his cats? Or did Hawke think this would make him feel less lonely while they were off dealing with the Wardens? Or were they a gift from Archon Radonis, just to remind Fenris of home?

I felt a mixed reaction to the decorations in Skyhold. The decor inside had enough differentiation, but not enough lighting to really highlight most of it, imo. Like the drapes. It was just generally too dark to see them. The windows looked nice, but I think were only confined to the bedroom?

The garden had some different touches if you chose the chantry theme but it was hard to notice them since the base of what was there already hadn't really changed much. And then, when you chose the herb garden, there was an additional three pots next to the three already there. And nothing else.

Templar and mages tower was good, though it could have used a few more NPCs milling about, I suppose.

The training ring was cool and an obvious change. The infirmary, on the other hand. was just a fixed wall on a small outbuilding. Not that I'm complaining about an option that fixed a crumbling building (wish you could have done that more in Skyhold), but the interior was underwhelming both as an infirmary and as a change where you got hit over the head with a popup about how you wouldn't be able to take back the choice when you were making it.

I like the idea of customization of a base/starship. I just hope it gets refined.

I didn't like how the decor was so faction-aligned. What if I like red and gray but don't want to rep the templars? That and the terribly gaudy thrones and great hall statues are the reason I just stay with the base decor. It was also a bit of a bummer that the Inquisition throne accessory, a brazier, didn't actually have fire in it, as the preview picture shows -- false advertising!

Not surprised politics are being brought up cus bioware is progressive as heck but better an honest man (literally to a fault at times) who can be full of himself than a two-faced female mabari who has time and again decided her policy positions based on whether those involved have paid her husband a big enough speaking fee. If he makes a mistake and messes up our national interests, it'll be just that: a mistake. If she does it, it will be on purpose and done to benefit her. And she'll likely lie about it.

(And I am not just saying that cus the egg was shown and I primarily call the blanketfort home. )
