This is with watercooling and a slight overclock on my 6700k to 4.5ghz. Should I be worried? It never reaches 80 degrees c. Thank you!

The safety temperature should be under 85-90 Celsius
Reaching 60-70 is normal for overclocking CPU and GPU, just make sure your PSU is good enough.

I have my GPU's overclocked too (on air EVGA FTW) only thing liquid cooled is my CPU. Maybe my graphics cards overclocked is causing my CPU to get a big hotter too.

Andromeda gave me a blue screen of death yesterday. That was also part of why I refunded. I'll pick it up in a different way, on PS4 or maybe when it's cheaper sometime later.
Clearly my PC had issues of CPU, GPU or maybe even RAM spikes (although it never got above 3GB and I have 16GB in total) where the sound-mix would basically crash (all environmental sounds disappear and seem to struggle restarting), half the nexus level despawned and upon closing the game I got a BSOD.

That sounds pretty high for being water-cooled.
I've got an i7-4790k clocked at 4.7 and I've never seen it go over 55C with a Corsair closed-loop system.

This game definitely seems CPU-intensive. I am surprised that you're reaching mid 70's even with watercooling. I don't have watercooling and I think 75C was the highest I ever saw my CPU (different game). You may have a small issue, but depending on the CPU you shouldn't be harming it running in that range. CPUs are designed to throttle down at certain temps, so you may experience quality issues, and if things get real severe, the CPU should kick out before it does damage to itself.
