I've downloaded the full deluxe edition from Origin on PC, but I haven't received any of it except the soundtrack. I've tried deleting the files and downloading it again but nothing. I've been on the tempist for a while and done everything people have said (leave and come back, restart game, check emails) but it's still not appearing. It's frustrating because by the time it shows up I will no longer need it since i'll progress too far.

Can someone please help

Hmm... I don't know if there is a progression point you need to reach before it becomes avaliable like finishing Eos.

I don't have it either, but then I got the game early via VPN so don't know if that changes anything. We will see after the 23:rd.

Got all of mine. Oddly, all of the MP stuff came during the Trial and the SP stuff came after the release date, and it was not immediate. I think it showed up around noon today, probably when I logged out and back in.

I was having the same problem on the Xbox One. Then I learned you need to download the deluxe and pre-order content SEPARATELY . Not sure I remember exactly how I did it but I believe I went to "My Games", clicked start on ME: Andromeda and was able to download both pieces of content, one for deluxe and one for pre-order. I believe this included the Pathfinder helmet from the AI briefings as well but I'm not 100% sure.

but HOW do you connect to the servers? I would have thought the automatic connection that the game is showing on the title screen would be enough, but that is NOT unlocking the soundtrack for me. I am able to play MP even, but nope still not giving me my soundtrack.

I really don't want to torrent it like I had to do ME3's because my ISP no longer allows torrents

All I did was:
1. Click on the game in my Origin library (PC)
2. Choose 'extra content' (?) below the 'play game' option
3. Download the in-game bonus content
4. Run the game
5. Go to the locker in the armoury room just behind the Tempest cockpit (Suvi's side)
6. Open my 'loadout' locker

And voila, all items were available to equip. Didn't have to go to a special chest in Ryder's cabin, maybe that's a console thing. The pyjack has to be collected from the Nexus but my Ryder got an email about it.

The guns and armour are pretty sweet for early gear too.

I'm having the same problem; I opened the cache on my desk during the trial and only got the Nomad skins. Now that the game has released, I've installed the DLC but the cache is now inaccessible, so I can't retrieve any of the items. I also don't have an email about the pet.

I've done a file verify in Origin and waited on the main menu until my account is connected but no luck with either.

The first thing that happened after I opened the game now when it is released in Europe is that the deluxe content started downloading
