In case anyone did not realize you could do this, using Spotify on PS4 and I believe Xbox One allows you to play any Spotify music over the gameplay and easily access the music player in game. This is typically easy to do on PC so no worries there. For PS4: 1.Download the Spotify App on PS4 for free and sign up or log in. Grant the your Playstation account access to you Spotify Account (Either the free one or premium membership) 2. Search Mass Effect and click over to select the Mass Effect Playlist with 180 songs or create your own playlist of Mass Effect music, Star Trek Music, etc. Hit follow so it appears under your music in the PS quick menu while in game. You can also just save songs so you can immediately access your favorites from your saved list. 3. Start up the game. (Optional: turn down music in game settings. I just play the Spotify music when there isn't background music in the game so I get the best of both) 4. Hold the PS Button to bring up the quick side menu screen, go to music, and hit play on whatever Mass Effect song you want in your "followed playlist" (Optional: hit repeat, shuffle, etc) and hit the volume button to adjust accordingly so it sounds like background music to the Dialogue and SFX sounds. (I currently have mine on volume 4) 5. Now you can easily hit the PS Button to toggle the background music or change songs as if you had an in-game music player like in FFXV or Watch Dogs 2. 6. Enjoy I'm sure many people know how to do this, but for those who don't, give it a try. It's nice having Vigil's theme playing in the background while talking to new colonists after establishing a settlement or throw on Beastie Boys' "Sabotage" before you, Drack and Vetra run into battle. Or have the Star Trek theme song play while out exploring space. Sounds great using a surround sound headset! Note: I have not tested this with Pandora or other services, but I believe the apps will work in a similar fashion. Cheers
