Poor Invictor, he stood no chances. Sara decided to clean up Eos of Ketts before going after the Archon. She started by meeting up with someone who contacted her when she was near the Kett base. He gave navpoints for generators and the barracks. Both were cleared. Then some smaller Kett outposts that were spying on Eos and stuff. Then the big base time came. Infiltrated. Disabled. Conquered. She also took the opportunity to finish a few other menial tasks on the planet, but she put a reminder to not use seismic hammers in the future. It cause Remnant the size of buildings to attack you. As Peebee said: It's...amazing. I don't think Drack was as much of a fan thought. After, she did some zero-g relation with Peebee (string attached requested...which thinking about it, is basically asking Peebee to be your girlfriend). and I'm level 30 now. Wouhou! Eos is cleared of everything, so far, the only thing not cleared are two Remnant sites that I can't turn blue in the Four Giants area. I can't find any chests nearby and that's what usually change the icon colors. ---- I already have plans for another character too. Not sure if I'm going to be able to play this game twice in a row thought. 27 hours in => 38% completed.

I already have plans for another character too. Not sure if I'm going to be able to play this game twice in a row thought. 27 hours in => 38% completed. I play it once a year, like most of my replayed games. That way I dont remember all the things straight and its always a bit of exploration and new (still) stuff found. Massive games like DAI and MEA ... are massive

Massive games like DAI and MEA ... are massive A year isn't enough for me to forget. One of the reasons I have issues replaying BG1/BG2/ME1/ME2/ME3 these days, I know them by heart so it become an automatism and the fun disappear. MEA is and isn't massive. The length is mostly the result of: - travel time (Nexus tram/planet transition/nomad/gravity wells) - exploration requirements for certain task/quests (jumping puzzles, finding stuff in an area, random encounters items, quest on hold because of X, etc) - dialogue amount but these are mostly optional. If it had the same amount of side content but only (bigger) Eos/Voeld instead of Eos/Voeld/Havarl/Kadara/Elaadeen, it would be a shorter game. My next character plan was to make a character who totally doesn't care about anyone but a few exclusive person (basically the squad, might even ignore Liam, but that means no movie night ). I won't talk to anyone else unless it is quest required. I was thinking of making a militaristic tech based character: incinerate, energy drain, turret/zap. I'm on the fence for the weapon. I really like my Vintage Talon, but it might not fit what I'm planning. I think I need to try more models, I barely tried the Remnant/Heleus weapons in the game. My try Scott again for this character.

I have also issues replaying original trilogy, I mainly just play ME1 and then continue to Andromeda. Well those add up to the size of the game, and I like to lick most of the rocks so to say

I had forgotten how tense the Vetra loyalty mission is. How old is Sid supposed to be, 16?
Sara saved the Turian Ark too, well saved is a big word. It's still kinda drifting, we just found it and the Nexus will have to extracts the pods and bring them back to the Nexus. I find it interesting that the ark SAM trauma seems to point to Macen's mind maybe being inside of the AI now. That could be some crazy quest for a sequel...mind trip!
The Nexus has 300+ years of full production as well. Sorry Exiles, I'm going to steal all your shit. First it was water on Eos, now helium-3 on H-047c.
Now I'm wondering what I should focus on before going after the Archon's ship: - making a base on Voeld? - dealing with the Krogans? - dealing with Kadara?
hmm...

Of all the LM's Vetra's was the one I liked least and I am surprised you found it tense, I just found it tedious and there was a really weird dialogue issue IIRC between Ryder and Vetra in the conversations when they first get trapped about Vetra's involvement. Re what you should focus on, I do everything before doing the Archon's ship which is one of my favourite missions combat wise and story wise. That final fight sequence with the hordes of Kett on Insanity is so intense/good.

But at the same time, I'm starting 3 weeks of PTO today so. I probably have the time for it.

I like Vetra's mission. It is one of the few instances where you actually get to see other people doing stuff, too. Meaing Sid trying to help those refugees.
Neville Ryder also did a few things: He went to the Nexus to confront spender, and then to Kadara to find evidence against him. The later was actually successful, The crook Aroane left as soon as the Nomad drove around the corner, leaving ample evidence against Spender behind. Sadly its nothing Tann or Addison would act upon, so Ryder has to search Spender's quarters next.

I had forgotten about the ambassador nomination in the epilogue. I was looking at the steps for the Elaaden outpost and stumbled on it because Morda is an option.
Anyway, I picked the Moshea the last time and I was thinking of doing the same this time too. I really like the Moshea and she seems the most diplomatic options.
But reading the different options and how certain NPCs react, I'm thinking of picking someone else this time, but it wouldn't really fit this character. It would fit the other one I was thinking of making... Arghhh.

I usually go with Moshae or Bradley, but I picked Morda once just to see Tann's reaction.

So I went with Voeld.
The original idea was just to light up the Monoliths, fix the Vault and create the Ice Runner outpost. The Nexus needs more water.
I got a bit side tracked. It turned into doing all the combat tests of the Heskaarl, clearing up another Remnant ruins full of Ketts, doing all the stuff related to "Know your Enemy on on the planet (we never meet the First Scholar in the game right?) and freeing a slave camp. Plus a bunch of task not worth mentioning.
Voeld is now at 100% viability, lol. I still need to get the AI and assault the Kett command center...and like 20ish more tasks/side quests. I haven't even set foot on Techiix.
But I'm going to leave for a bit now and go to, hmmm, Elaaden I think. Isn't that technically bad for you health thought, extreme cold then extreme heat?

I honestly can't remember what the exact dialogue thing but it's something like no matter what response you say Vetra acts as if Ryder is accusing Vetra of lying. By tedious I meant more that it was boring and predictable and as you said it is a walk in the park but certainly playing it on Hardcore or Insanity makes a few of the fights more intense. Otherwise the only tense bit I found was at the end the first time I played it when Sid is a hostage .

There was carnivorous plants on Tuchanka? Why didn't we see any in ME3?
So Sara finally made it to New Tuchanka, not after a detour on Eos to murder lots and lots of Roekaars because their boss came up with the idea of attacking Prodomos. You think that by now they would know that they are just wasting their life...
Once on NT, she tried to navigate the place but just managed to get lost...and found a miniature of the Destiny Ascension. Why would a Krogan have that?
--- There was also a detour to the Nexus, to see dad's memories. I did the "who murdered Jien Garson" quest. There is a datapad in her room that suggest the Benefactor knew about the Reapers back in 2179.

Neville Ryder, Drack, and Liam went to search the stolen krogan transport ship, and found it in some old mine or something overtaken by exiles. Their leader was Aroane, the fool working with spender. The three man -well four, Drack counts double - easily dispatched the exiles and saved Vorn, the krogan colonies botanist. Why did no one mention that he was on the stolen ship before? Together they prevented Aroane from flying away in the ship, though Drack sure sent him 'flying' later. I wonder how that fool got his hands on three of those Hydra bots/mechs? And why are these things called mechs, when there is no way that there is a humanoid pilot inside?

Sara got a new Outpost on Elaaden and the planet was at 100% before it happened. Looks like Eos is the hardest planet to get to 100%, the others seems to only requires to set the stations, fix the vault and set up an outpost with a nice speech to get to 100%. Now only Kadara is left to do...meh at criminal faction politics. I had totally forgotten what the vault on that planet looked like for some reasons. Peebee + Drack in the Remnant Core mission is an hilarious combo. Cleared out the Flophouse before getting the core too...and I was a bit annoyed that everyone acted like it was a super hard battle with near death experience...I never lost my shields and I don't bother with covers. I even stopped crafting new gear. I reached level 40 (now 44 or maybe 46...leveling way faster since hitting 30, no idea why) and combat is too easy so I'm not bothering with upgrading. Also, I think I found the weapon I'm going to use on my next character: N7 Falcon. I used it a bit on my current Sara (those "protect area" objectives are annoying on a Vanguard) and grenade launcher are great when enemies drop form their ship. I might go with the Scorpion as its companion for the lulz. Or that might be too much grenades? I wonder how that fool got his hands on three of those Hydra bots/mechs? And why are these things called mechs, when there is no way that there is a humanoid pilot inside? A pilot is mentioned in Vetra's loyalty quest.

I found myself forgetting to allocate points after leveling at some point. It's kind of nice actually, since in most games I'm counting the seconds until I can get my next power unlocked.

I even stopped crafting new gear. I reached level 40 (now 44 or maybe 46...leveling way faster since hitting 30, no idea why) and combat is too easy so I'm not bothering with upgrading. I found myself forgetting to allocate points after leveling at some point. It's kind of nice actually, since in most games I'm counting the seconds until I can get my next power unlocked. Happens to me too. Especially past level 30. I'm not really into unlocking all the powers for the sake of it. I stick to my planned build, but at some point I have everything I wanted so I just forget to go to the level up screen. Sometimes cause issues like forgetting to level up a squadmate and doing their loyalty mission with them missing half their points. Oups.

I like to fill some nice passives from other trees though, but yeah mostly stay within few powers of the selected profile.

I think the Flop House is hard the first time you do it but it is as you say pretty easy afterwards beause it plays out the same way every time and there are only a couple of difficult enemies who actually aren't that difficult. Re the shuttle drops, you can actually hit the shuttle before the troops jump out and just watch the dead bodies fall out!!!!!

I had the impression that nothing happened when you shoot at it directly. Even more reasons to go with Grenades launchers next! Mouahahahaha.

I had the impression that nothing happened when you shoot at it directly. Even more reasons to go with Grenades launchers next! Mouahahahaha. I discovered it by accident doing the quest on Elaaden where you capture a fort/compound for some guy and on insanity it was pretty intense. A shuttle came in to drop troops off and I shot inaccurately with the Cobra and it caught fire and the troops fell out!!!! It became my tactic of expediency (like where I just felt like being lazy), like for the quest in the photo which is one of those countdown missions, the one to get Dr. Okeers's data. EDIT: found an actual pic with the troops falling out:

That's just making use of tactical advantages I always used to throw a singularity up at the shuttles in ME3 and explode the bad guys out 😂
