What Did You Do Today in Andromeda

*yawn* I'm ready to ... *yawn* never mind ...



Splendid? You have strange ideas for what goes for splendid. 

Before doing any scanning, I found this on the Nexus in my dad's quarters. It is now in my cabin.

Sara's up first and I tried the cc to customize her looks. Didn't turn out the way I wanted, which was forgivable, because my first character in DAI was not that great either. Needs some practice, but I like the fiery orange bob hairstyle I gave my Sara to match with her light green eyes! I'll try to get a pic of her for my next update.

I didn't care that she stood out from everyone else during cutscenes. The way I'm playing her is she's blunt; a bit of a firecracker; and challenges authority who tries to mess with her. (Looking at you, Addison and Tann.) As for her crewmates, she might mellow out a bit when she gets to know them better. Might... but no promises.

About Commander Shepard, I ran with the idea that Sara looked up to him/her. I picked FemShep for this run, but it'll still be the same if I went with Male Shepard.

I left Scott in his default look, but Alec looked good with the preset 3 I chose for Sara. She's close to them, because family sticks together. However, she thought her dad was nuts when he passed on the pathfinder title to her after saving her life on Habitat 7.

Speaking of Habitat 7, before going there, Sara accidentally pointed the pistol in the locker room. Cora was like, "Careful, Ryder. Good thing the safety lock is on." I at that. I like Cora and Liam so far. Stay on Sara's good side, you two.

Falling out of the sky and gracefully landing on Habitat 7, I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Kept looking at the map to see if I was going in the right direction. Sara fell off a lot of steep cliffs. It also took me a while to figure out the abilities (ie. jump jet, sprint, holster weapons, etc) on my control pad.

The combat's fun so far. Things got a little dicey when Sara and Liam met up with Cora. Sara died once in this battle, but during the rest of the mission, she fared out well. Planning for her to become an Infiltrator. Aside from tactical cloak, I added barricade and shockwave when she reached level 2.

Right now, Sara, Liam and Cora are on the Nexus. Met up with cool Turian security guy, Kandros, and the haughty Addison and Tann. Sara stood up to these two. It was great! The krogan girl, who intervened, she's alright, but Sara didn't need saving.

So, that's where I left off. At first, I wasn't excited about MEA, but when I started playing the game for myself, I'm enjoying it so far. Mostly combat and my Sara being a firecracker right from the get go.
