Well a lot of weapons are probably there just reskinned as "new" weapons
Like Charger = Tempest, that's an easy one, but perhaps there is say a recharge beam AR that is really the PPR but called some new Remnant gun but is pretty much identical

No stasis => no Asari commando (which is unfortunate). No Wraith shotgun. No lift grenades => no Asari vanguard (which is unfortunate as well)
Do not miss other MIA TBH
OH, also no that ugly geth with Flamer, which is cool, because sound of the Flamer was not cool. No quorians, which is not good
